Why does life require hot and cold bags?

Hot cold pack "is a type of packaging that can be heated or cooled, commonly used to treat various physical discomfort such as muscle soreness, strain, and joint pain. It is a very practical tool, especially for athletes or people who often engage in physical labor. 1. Cold compress method:


Applicable situation: Recent injuries (such as sprains, swelling), inflammation, fever, headache, or toothache.

Usage time: 15-20 minutes each time, several times a day.
