Head gear stiucture
The Anti Riot Helmet shall becomposedof the shell EVA withbreathable mesh, face shield and neckprotector.
Helmet
1. Safe and comfortable nylon waist belt, easy to put on and take off. 2. Mesh to be made of 100% nylon, breathable and moisture-wicking. 3. EVA foam thickness to be 12-15 mm. 4. All fabric-based components and the seat section shall possess antibacterialproperties. 5. A vertical gap of 25-30 mm shall be maintained between the mesh harness and theouter shell. 6. The reference strap shall be equipped with a hook-and- loop fastener system (size75 x 50 mm) to ensure consistent sizing. 7. The mesh, reference strap, and chin strap shall be designed in a one-size-fits-allapproach. 8. Chin protection system: chain cover to be made of PVC, outer strap to be made ofnylon (strap length: 500 mm). 9. The chin strap structure must comply with the specified drawing requirements. 10.Chin strap buckle made of POM (polyoxymethylene) with seven teeth. 11. The chain guard adjustment system shall allow for easy adjustment and tightening.
