IHCF reusable ice packs can be used in areas that require pain relief. It can be used to treat a range of muscle injuries, bruises, and swelling, treat sinus headaches, and alleviate joint and muscle pain in the neck, back, shoulders, legs, knees, hands, or wrists.
Ideal for cold therapy treatment including minor scrapes, bruises, muscle aches & cramps, sprains & strains, helps relieve pain, reduce swelling, and speed up recovery.
Made with high quality latex materials with a pleated shape to gently adhere to the contours of the targeted body part offering an effective pain relief.
Economical and compact design, twist open the lid to fill with cold water, crushed ice, or ice cubes and place the bag onto the affected area.
Safe to use with leak proof twist cap and a durable waterproof insulated membrane, holds the cold or hot temperature longer for a long-lasting soothing treatment.
The portable and lightweight design of the ice bags makes them convenient to carry everywhere for a hot/cold therapy treatment on the go.
Do not apply hot/cold bag directly to bare skin. Always use the supporting wrap supplied to provide a barrier between the gel pack and the skin.
Limit application of the hot/cold bad to 15/20 minutes at a time. Repeat every 2 hours as required. You should seek professional advice regarding extended usage or if you are uncertain of your injury.
Always supervise use with children.
Do not use for alternative purposes such as hot water bottle. The water temperature should not be over 140 °F/60 °C.
Do not microwave.
Turn the lid anticlockwise to loosen and remove.
Fill the bag with crushed ice or ice cubes to around 2/3 full, (do not crush ice in the bag itself). You can add a bit of extra cold water to fill up the bag further. Secure the lid and make sure it is on correctly.
Apply the ice bag to the desired area and keep in place using the elasticated straps.
Turn the lid anticlockwise to loosen and remove.
Add hot water (122-131 °F.50-55 °C) to 2/3 full. Remove excess air and tighten the lid. Secure the lid and make sure it is on correctly before applying.
Wrap the bag and use two Velcro straps to keep it in place. You can use the bag alone required, (be careful if the bag is too hot or too cold, use the wrap or towels as a barrier).
